A man allegedly dumped 50 gallons of urine onto a road in Turners Falls.

The Greenfield Recorder reports the urine was taken out of a trailer home and into a cement pit, spilling onto Rod Shop Road, close to a bike path.

The incident occurred Thursday afternoon, John Zellman, the Turners Falls fire chief, told the newspaper, adding that it created an “extreme public safety issue” and lime needed to be used to “decontaminate” the area.

Zellman wouldn’t release the man’s name to the Recorder, due to “pending court actions.”
